Refund policy
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day(s) after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation
We only allow cancellation if the product has not been shipped yet.
In case a full cancellation is requested for an order that has already been shipped from our warehouse, the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable labour charges, manufacturing costs, shipping fees, and a restocking fee.
Order should be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order is processed or shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order..
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a no cost, hassle-free replacement if the product received is damaged, broken, missing or in an unusable state. To process the replacement, please create a support ticket by logging in or share clear images or videos showing the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item via email at support@aurvi.in.
Returns & refund request will be deemed not serviceable if the customer fails to provide appropriate information at the time of placing an order. Any mistakes made during variant selection by the customer at the time of placing the order will also not be eligible for a return/refund/exchange.
For cancelled prepaid orders, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Items that are damaged, used, or in unsatisfactory condition are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If a product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, a full refund will be credited from our end within 1-2 business days. The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
In cases where the shipped order is not delivered, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If all attempts fail, the order will be marked for return. No refund will be issued in such cases, but the customer may contact us to have the order reshipped from our warehouse at no additional cost.
We also offer hassle-free replacements for customers who’ve made minor mistakes while placing their order and wish to receive a correct or different item. This one-time replacement is available for a nominal fee, which will be disclosed at the time of initiating the replacement, depending on the product type.
Images displayed on our website are for digital representation purposes only. Actual product colors may vary slightly from those shown due to product photography lighting, screen settings, or other factors.
Any user initiated cancellations without prior notice will not be refunded. Orders can be reshipped once we have the items received by us at our warehouse.

Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges, as well as any additional fees added or incurred by the customer, are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
